What personal data I collect and why I collect it
I collect contact information for the person or people who are the decision makers for the ceremony I am writing so I can check drafts of the ceremony and confirm changes.
I collect venue details to make sure I will be at the correct place and time for the ceremony. I also have these so I can contact the venue if necessary.
I collect information about you or the person the ceremony is for so I can write a detailed ceremony.
Information collected is used only to create the ceremony you have asked for. Sharing information is only done with your permission with people who are required for a successful ceremony.
Information is kept for a year to aid in the keeping of financial records and then shredded and disposed of carefully.
