Probably one of your first questions is, “How much is a Celebrant Wedding Ceremony?” And that’s fair. If I am planning an event, the cost is also one of my key factors.
So, my Lovelies, you will find below three packages at varying price points, as they say on wedding dress programmes, along with a list of lovely extras you can add to your ceremony.
Have a read with a cup of tea, chat it over with your significant other and get in touch. Then, we can get planning! Eep!

The Optional Extras for your Ceremony
The joy of knowing how much a Celebrant Wedding Ceremony costs means you now know how much you can spend on extra bits. 😊 A bit like knowing how much pudding space you have left after dinner…or just having a starter so you know there’s plenty of room for sweet, sweet extras. Mmm, cake…
Back on topic – each of the Optional Extras below can be added to your chosen package to make it super extra fantastic for the two of you. Or more, as several of the Extra Elements can include children, family, and friends.

Helpful Explanations of Key Terms Used
I know what I mean when I write all this, but if you are new to the wedding planning or celebrant world, maybe you don’t. So, here’s a wee explanation for each point to ensure we are all on the same page.
Friendly Info Gathering Chat | We can meet online or in person – at some point soon – and chat over ceremony details. |
Venue Visit | This is me coming with you to visit the venue and maybe having a wee walk-through of where the ceremony will be held and what you might like to do. |
Drafting your wedding ceremony with regular check-ins and Delivery on the Day | The ceremony script begins its life in draft form. Hopefully, with a redraft and a tweak or two, you will be able to say a big fat YES to the finished product. And then I get to deliver it (say it out loud) on the day. Exciting times! |
Rehearsal | This certificate, which I put together, marks the ceremony’s day, place, and time. You can also check it ahead of time. |
Commemorative Certificate | Many people don’t tell friends and relatives that the ceremony they are attending is a Celebrant ceremony—so no legal bits—so you can ask your witnesses to sign this parchment-like paper. It adds an extra touch of realism and tradition to your ceremony. |
Witness Parchment | Your wedding ceremony is printed on extra lovely paper and given to you in a hardback folder. This gives it a little more gravitas—aka, it looks rather fancy. |
Simple Presentation Copy | This is a copy of your wedding ceremony script printed on lovely paper and encased in a folder with a ribbon. |
Boxed Presentation Copy | Similar to the Simple Presentation Copy, except this one comes in its own box tied with a ribbon. |
Hardback Boxed Presentation Copy | Your wedding ceremony is printed on extra lovely paper and given to you in a hardback folder. It gives it a little more gravitas, aka it looks rather fancy. |
Extra Elements | You can include these mini-ceremony extras in your wedding ceremony for that extra, EXTRA, wow factor or personal touch. These include Handfasting, The Sand Ceremony, or a ceremony of your own design. |
Assistance with Vows | Not everyone feels comfortable writing their own vows, and it can be especially intimidating when you know you will share them out loud with guests. However, FEAR NOT! I will help you write what you want to say, and we will decide how you want to say it together. Some people like to express their vows, and others prefer to listen and then agree. Don’t worry – I’ve got your back. |
Speech Assistance – Bride/Groom/Best Person/Person of Honour/Parent | As with the vows, not everyone is a speechwriter. Some people say they will wing it – DON’T! Some aren’t great at staying on topic or even choosing a suitable topic. No one needs to know about Stag/Hen-Do activities or the teen years. I will help you, your friends, and your family write and deliver something short and sweet, with a little humour and no embarrassment. Most importantly, I can show you some techniques to fight the nerves. You will feel, look, and sound confident as you speak to your people. |
Travel further than 30 miles from my home | If I need to travel a distance—that means setting off before 7 a.m. or not getting home until 10 p.m. or later—I need a place to stay. It doesn’t have to be grand, but it does have to be close to the wedding venue, safe, and clean. I want to be the brightest Wedding Celebrant for your wedding day. |
Accommodation if required | If I need to travel a distance, that means setting off before 7 am or not getting home until 10 pm or later – I need a place to stay.
